One Week Old

Wow!! A week of my sweet daughters life has already passed! It's amazing how time flies by. Here is a picture for those of you who have been waiting with baited breath! Sorry, but since we work to keep family faces off my blog, feet will have to do for now. I will try to get a picture with some perspective up soon. She really is soooo tiny! She weighed in at 6 pounds 5 ounces yesterday at the doctors. Tonight on our home scale (a really old one) we got 6 and a quarter pounds. That works out to be approx 1 ounce less, but take into account that our scale is less accurate and is a different scale than they used yesterday and we're just going to call tonight's weigh in the starting point. Now that we know where she falls on our scale we will be able to monitor whether or not she is growing from the comfort and convenience of our own home. :) And my favorite part is that I won't have to wonder if she's getting enough or it she's spitting up too much (like DS did). [Sigh of relief!]
